The Approach
Learning Science
I design every session around how adults actually learn — through experience, reflection, and real-world application. My capacity building work with the World Bank across the MENA region is built on this foundation, ensuring learning translates into lasting behaviour change.
Expert Facilitation
I've designed and facilitated hundreds of workshops, sessions, and immersive experiences — from World Bank government programs to community gatherings through She Sparks Impact. I create spaces where people engage deeply, challenge assumptions, and leave changed.
Mind-Body Focus
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I bring somatic awareness into learning — helping people arrive fully present, connected, and open. This is what makes my sessions feel different from a typical workshop.
Impact Measurement
I don't just deliver workshops — I design with impact in mind, and measure what changes. Through my work with nonprofits and social impact organizations, I build impact measurement into program design from day one, so results are trackable, credible, and meaningful.
About Me
A Yemeni Canadian, global citizen, feminist, and Inclusive Learning & Development Consultant.
I grew up in a world that had a lot of opinions about what I could and couldn't do as a woman. That experience didn't limit me — it made me obsessed with creating spaces where people discover what they're actually capable of.
My work spans North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia — bringing a unique lens rooted in cultural sensitivity, empathy, and global collaboration. I've supported organizations like The King's Trust and YMCA to build inclusive frameworks and strengthen their people's capacity to deliver on mission.
I currently consult with the World Bank, leading learning and capacity building across the MENA region as a learning expert in Monitoring & Evaluation and the use of technology — designing experiences that don't just inform, they change how people think, lead, and relate to each other. Alongside this work, I also lead She Sparks Impact — an organization dedicated to creating immersive connection experiences for women. Through She Sparks Impact I design and facilitate events that bring women together through movement, dialogue, and shared purpose. Previously I led the MENA AGE initiative, where I led a team of 7 people, delivered gender mainstreaming training, launched regional advocacy campaigns, and created content to elevate women's voices — work that continues to shape everything I do.
I hold an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I was recognized as an exemplary woman and student representative. As an IMF fellow and international speaker, I've brought this work to global stages — and I'm always looking for the next meaningful conversation.
As a certified yoga teacher, I bring mindfulness, somatic awareness, and embodied presence into all of my work — from how I facilitate boardroom conversations to how I design learning programs and show up as a speaker.
